Global Peace Retreat
The Global Peace Retreat & Conclave is the collaborative brainchild of four visionaries from India, Pakistan, and Nepal, born from a shared commitment to fostering peace and understanding. Envisioned as a recurring series of 2-3 retreats annually, the Conclave serves as a dynamic platform for knowledge exchange and empowers participants with practical peacebuilding skills. Bringing together diverse voices from across the globe, it creates a vibrant space for collaboration and innovative solutions to global challenges.
Retreat Events
Peacebuilders from around the world convened in Dhulikhel, Nepal, from March 1st-4th for the Global Peace Retreat and Conclave 2024. Organized by the Coalition for Training Research and Development (CTRaDe) and its partners, including Initiatives of Change Nepal and Concern for Children Welfare Organization,
The Global Peace Retreat & Conclave in Baku, Azerbaijan, brought together a diverse group of peacebuilders from September 18-22, 2024. Participants from India, Pakistan, Nepal, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Azerbaijan joined in person, while others from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka connected virtually. This unique blend of cultures created a rich environment for sharing experiences and building lasting connections.
About The Event
The Global Peace Retreat & Conclave is a collaborative initiative by four visionaries hailing from India, Pakistan, and Nepal. This idea was born out of a conference where these individuals decided to host 2-3 retreats annually, serving as platforms for knowledge exchange.
