Bikash Thapa

Meet Bikash Thapa, an executive board member of Initiatives of Change Nepal and the CEO of the private consulting firm Coalition for Training Research and Development. With over 16 years of experience in development work, Bikash is a dedicated professional with a wide range of skills. He is competent in GESI Policy Development, child protection, conflict resolution, building trust, team dynamics, and adolescent development. His prior roles include serving as a GESI Consultant at the Gandaki Provincial Training Academy, an autonomous organization that builds capacity on behalf of the Gandaki Province Government in Nepal, as well as working with SOPAN, Youth's UNESCO Club, and Restless Development. Bikash holds a graduate degree in MBGPH from the American University of Sovereign Nations.
